Driving Directions
From Nampa: Drive South of town on Highway 45 (12th Ave.) past Lewis Lane. Take a Right onto Booker Lane (We sit right behind Legacy Feed and Fuel Store). Booker Lane is 600 yards north of the corner of Highway 45 and Lake Shore Ave. Head straight on Booker Lane and you will see our small animal hospital and green large animal barn.
